![]() ![]() In this image you can see the beatmap selection menu. You can see your ranking in the game beatmap selection menu or in your profile in the website. The players with more pp are in the top of the ranking. the amount of pp that you receive per beatmap are influenced by the beatmap diff., the used mods (Hr, dt.) and your final mark in the beatmap, D,C,B,A,S,SS. In osu! you have a ranking system called PP (Performance points) you obtain pp after finnishing a beatmap (you can´t get multi pp per beatmap) and your pp is accumulate if I have done 50 beatmaps I will have 500pp per exemple. In the game you have mods like Hard rock, hidden, Flash light and Double time to put the beatmap harder and easy, half time and No fail to put the beatmap easier. In osu! you have the leaderboards of each beatmap (top 50, soon 250), the leaderboards are worldwide but if you are Supporter you can see friend and country leaderboards. I don't know enough about this mode to make an informed comparison. Looks like they have something called "osu!mania" which includes a 4-column mode. That's awesome! I loved playing that game when I was in Japan, but it's hard to find in the US. I took a look at the FAQ for Osu! (), and I see they have a Taiko mode. If you don't like it, you can always use the Steam refund system. Still got two gamemodes to put in and I've gotta make replays work now with the new system I've designed for them.īased on the list, I see strong reasons why you'd like Pulsen. The Early Access release is just the beginning. Plenty of noteskins in Pulsen handcrafted for the game. You can make your own tournaments when the game's out.Based on what I've heard so far, I make sure everything's really fun and unified. I personally go through every single chart in the game and say exactly what goes in the game.Got an editor for Pulsen as well, it's just not public right now.I don't know enough about Osu!'s multiplayer to make an informed comparison.Pulsen's got a few game modes in development although, in terms of what's available to players, it has 4-panel dance-style gameplay.I almost always prefer paid games to free ones.
